Like all TENA Men Guards, these are engineered to a masculine shape, tucking securely inside the front of regular firm-fitting underwear.

Had high hopes but you get what you pay for. The height is not high enough and the armrest height adjuster sits uncomfortably against your leg. The armrest also does not extend around in front of the nurses to be able to rest on it while working. More padding also needed in the armrest.
