The customer service was exceptional. Quick response time and they had the product sent to their warehouse locally so I could see it in person. Then were happy to hold it there for a few weeks until I was ready to have it delivered, and flexible with last minute delivery changes.
I would definitely recommend purchasing through Luxe Med and I will definitely go to them first for any future purchases!

Customer service outstanding, thanks to Ben who picked up I had forgotten to add the cradle pad to the physio bed order - arrived quickly and during the Christmas rush so massive thanks for everything. A gift so can’t review the bed though he loves it and said it’s top notch and super light compared with his old one. Will last for years!
