Can’t fault the ordering process, the delivery was prompt and the chair is very comfortable with the adjusting backrest.
I ordered the chopping board for one handed use but it arrived chipped. I emailed customer service to request for a replacement or return but after responding with a courtesy email, no more updates after a week.
