DONT DEAL WITH LUXE. I purchased an equagel cushion but didn’t receive any confirmation. The money went through PayPal. But still I had no response. Just over a week later I was told that my husband was dying so I sent an email to Luxe asking if the order could be cancelled. Still no response. My husband died 2 weeks ago and I sent another email asking for the order to be cancelled. No response. The cushion arrived 3 days ago with no message from Luxe, only from the delivery person. It cost me $429 and today,7/3/25 is the first time I have heard from them and they want me to do a pleasant review. DONT DEAL WITH LUXE.
