Our Premium Saddle Stool is a perfect basic essential for any treatment room. The higher seating position from saddle stools allows the thighs to slope downwards, causing the pelvis and lumbar (low back) to be in a neutral position, allowing the spine to achieve its natural curve. For those who deal with back pain, this can help to reduce aches and soreness from bad posture.

This Premium Saddle Stool features 6cm of comfortable, firm cushioning upon a 35cm diameter seat,  providing ample support without restricting mobility.

A comfortable foot ring gives clinician's another option to achieve a greater level of comfort throughout the day.

24cm of adjustable height (from 49cm – 63cm) allows clinicians of all heights to find an ergonomic working height for the stool. This is easily achieved via the single touch gas strut adjustment lever.

Clinical furniture terms and conditions:

  • Items MUST be opened and inspected for any damages within 7 days of receiving. We will not insure any goods that are not inspected nor reported within this timeframe
  • If your order's delivery box is damaged, DO NOT sign the consignment until you have inspected your goods. You must then contact us immediately to report this
  • Please make sure to track your item via the details sent to you. Deliveries will be left if you (or someone on your behalf) is not available to sign with an authority to leave. LuxeMED will not be held responsible for any missing deliveries. We advise all our customers to be at their delivery addresses to sign and accept their deliveries so as to avoid any issues from arising
  • Any and all re-deliveries will incur a $38.50 fee
  • Deliveries are door-to-door only. All deliveries will only be delivered on ground level (couriers are unable to tackle staircases and small lifts)
  • Couriers used are not owned by LuxeMED and are third-party companies. As much as we would love all deliveries to be on time, there may be the occasional delay. Please understand we cannot be held responsible for any delays once your order has been sent

How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping can be found once you have proceeded to the checkout. Upon doing so, you will be prompted to enter your delivery address for a quick quote. If you have a large order, or your delivery address is located outside a metro city, please feel free to contact us to confirm if an alternative shipping option is available

How long does shipping take?

If your item(s) are in stock, we will endeavour to have them dispatched within 2 days from receipt however, again, please note, due to COVID-19, we are experiencing slight delays. After this processing time, there is also a transit time for each location around Australia which will depend on your delivery address. If you would like an approximate ETA, please do get in touch. Please keep in mind, that the above information is an estimate only - we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date/time.

Will the delivery company un-pack and setup my furniture?

Our regular delivery service is a door-to-door service only. This means that your delivery will be dropped off at the entrance of your provided address. Couriers are unable to move your furniture into rooms, lift parcels up staircases or within small lifts, un-pack nor remove rubbish. If any of the previous stated situations are services you require, please get in touch and one of our friendly team members will provide you with a quote on our premium delivery service

Can you offer me a better price?

Do you have a catalogue?

Our simple to use website is an online catalogue. It doesn't make sense for us to keep a printed catalogue current, since we are continually updating our product lines. We make every effort to dispatch your order under one consignment however, due to our items being located across several warehouses across Australia, the fastest delivery will be achieved by splitting your shipment. Pretty happy overall

The chair came with no instructions, but everything you need to put it together is included, and it's intuitive and easy to do. The quality seems decent, for the price. It feels sturdy and so far everything works smoothly, as it should. My only complaints are that the mesh on the underside of the seat is stapled on - you don't see it, but it looks like a tacky afterthought on an otherwise nicely finished product. Also, I agree with an earlier reviewer that they use some kind of plastic bag, under the seat, and you can hear it crackle as you move around. At first, I kept checking if it was caught up in my wheels, but there was nothing there. The gaslift mechanism also leaves a greasy residue behind when you adjust the height of the seat, but that's not a deal-breaker for me. If I had to guess, the gaslift mechanism will be the first thing to fail, but it's way too soon to tell how long that will last. The seat itself is quite comfortable, in terms of shape, but I am a large person and I wish it had more padding. The vinyl cover feels thick, durable, good quality, and very easy to clean. If I had to make this purchase again, I probably wouldn't bother with the footrest (it doesn't seem useful). Otherwise, it's a decent chair and I have no regrets.
