The chair itself is absolutely beautiful very comfortable and works very well. The only problem we have is a lot of our clients are older and a lot of the older people are struggling with the height of the seat to get into it.

Had high hopes but you get what you pay for. The height is not high enough and the armrest height adjuster sits uncomfortably against your leg. The armrest also does not extend around in front of the nurses to be able to rest on it while working. More padding also needed in the armrest.
