  3. Create a portal account using the device serial number
  4. Add emergency contacts and set up carer/family access logins
  5. Configure geofence zones, alerts, and medication reminders remotely
  6. Test the SOS button to confirm two-way calling is operational
  7. Optionally activate the 24/7 Emergency Response Centre plan
