We really like the seat on this stool but the base is very narrow so it's not very stable.

Stool is stable and very easy to assemble. I use it when cooking in the kitchen as I have problems standing and walking. The height changes easily so I can have it high when stir frying - to see into the wok, and lower to prepare foods at tje bench.
