THERABAND Kinesiology Tape XactStretch Technology eliminates misapplication via exclusive integrated stretch guides so that both beginners and experts can apply the tape with confidence every time. The Xact Stretch pattern has octagons printed on the tape. Small and large octagon indicators show when the tape is at 25% or 50%, the most common stretch amounts for kinesiology tape. This creates a visual guide that allows anyone to apply kinesiology tape with the right amount of stretch every time.

Drawing on our expertise from THERABAND Elastic Resistance products and Cramer Athletic Tape, Performance Health created THERABAND Kinesiology Tape. The innovative physio tape features best-in-class adhesive and unique, breakthrough XactStretch Indicators. This adhesive tape is designed to provide pain relief by supporting the user’s muscles and joints. It can also be used for a wide range of neurological, and circulatory applications as well. It provides muscle and joint support without immobilising or limiting range of motion, which makes it ideal for comfortable wear during and after exercise. THERABAND Kinesiology Tape lasts up to five days and is allergy-tested to be non-irritating and latex-free, making it perfect for home, and clinics or facilities that practice a “no latex” policy.
