This is useful for alleviating elbow tendonopathy. BUT, because I have both golfer's elbow AND tennis elbow, I found that by doing Tyler twists one issue would get worse while the other issue got better. I believe this problem can be solved without too much difficulty, but I think 4 stars is fair. It's still a useful tool.
