I’m a 158cm petite female and find the saddle stool very comfortable to use. It’s got fabulous postural benefits because it’s near impossible to slouch when using it. I have some postural pains and ‘niggles’ and find that the saddle stool is a perfect alternative to regular seating as it encourages you to maintain a straight back position (maybe some incidental core work going on as a bonus!). I’m a hobby jeweller and sit for lengthy periods of time, so the saddle stool has been a super choice for me.

So great to get delivery within days not weeks like some overseas (cheaper) options.

No response re initial purchase

DONT DEAL WITH LUXE. I purchased an equagel cushion but didn’t receive any confirmation. The money went through PayPal. But still I had no response. Just over a week later I was told that my husband was dying so I sent an email to Luxe asking if the order could be cancelled. Still no response. My husband died 2 weeks ago and I sent another email asking for the order to be cancelled. No response. The cushion arrived 3 days ago with no message from Luxe, only from the delivery person. It cost me $429 and today,7/3/25 is the first time I have heard from them and they want me to do a pleasant review. DONT DEAL WITH LUXE.

Nice seat, defective components

Nice seat, helps me with my hip joint issue. But one of the wheels gets stuck when trying to move the chair in a direction other than it's pointing to. In other words, it does not turn freely around its vertical axis when your weight is on the seat. It gets almost impossible to move when on a carpet. The trust bearing seems defective. Very annoying.

New sling
