DONT DEAL WITH LUXE. I purchased an equagel cushion but didn’t receive any confirmation. The money went through PayPal. But still I had no response. Just over a week later I was told that my husband was dying so I sent an email to Luxe asking if the order could be cancelled. Still no response. My husband died 2 weeks ago and I sent another email asking for the order to be cancelled. No response. The cushion arrived 3 days ago with no message from Luxe, only from the delivery person. It cost me $429 and today,7/3/25 is the first time I have heard from them and they want me to do a pleasant review. DONT DEAL WITH LUXE.

Nice seat, helps me with my hip joint issue. But one of the wheels gets stuck when trying to move the chair in a direction other than it's pointing to. In other words, it does not turn freely around its vertical axis when your weight is on the seat. It gets almost impossible to move when on a carpet. The trust bearing seems defective. Very annoying.
Found this company easy to deal with, website was informative and found what I wanted easily.
