Food Preparation System Workstation

The Food Preparation System Workstation helps people with minimal hand strength or dexterity to prepare their food. It features a flat utility board with multiple attachments to support slicing, grating, stabilising and rinsing produce – without the need to hold items manually.

A stainless steel clamp and food spikes hold items in place securely. The mounted grater and slicer box attach directly to the board for controlled upright use. A fixed brush allows for one-handed cleaning of fruits or vegetables, while high corner guards help contain round or small items during prep.

Four suction feet anchor the board to flat surfaces for added stability. The board is dishwasher safe up to 70°C, although the clamp and brush should be washed separately.
